These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of digital services ("Services") from the online store operated by AI NEXT TECHNOLOGIES ("we", "us"), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at store.ainextdev.com (the "Store"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Services & Pricing

• All Services and prices are displayed on the Store. Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to update prices and service descriptions at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

2. Orders & Payment

• Payment is collected securely online at the time of order through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your card details.
• An order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorised. You will receive a confirmation by email.
• We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to deliver the Service.

3. Delivery of Services

• Each Service lists an estimated delivery time. Delivery begins once we receive the information required from you to start the work.
• Delivery is made electronically (files, links, or access) to the email address provided at checkout. See our Delivery Policy.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, complete information and any content (text, images, logos) needed to complete the Service, and confirm you have the right to use it.
• Timelines may be extended if requested information is delayed.

5. Revisions & Cancellation

• Revisions are provided as described for each Service. Additional work beyond the described scope may be quoted separately.
• Cancellation and refund rights are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and final delivery, ownership of the final deliverables for your Service transfers to you, unless otherwise stated. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a Service is limited to the amount you paid for that Service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
