AI NEXT sells digital services. There is no physical shipping — all deliverables are provided electronically.

How you receive your order

• After payment, you receive an order confirmation by email.
• Our team contacts you (email or WhatsApp) to collect any details needed to begin your Service.
• Final deliverables (files, links, or access) are sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Delivery times

Each Service shows an estimated delivery time on its product card (for example, "Delivered in 3–5 days"). Timelines start once we have received the information required from you to begin, and may vary with scope and revisions.

Delays

If a delay is expected, we will inform you proactively. Delays caused by late or incomplete information from the customer may extend the delivery time.
